As you progress towards on-course putting drills, it's very important to remember the putting stroke will only be as good as the positions established at address. It is vital you set it up correctly before you stroke the putt.

Make sure you’re comfortable with your setup before moving on to the putting stroke.

If setup properly, the stroke is very simple to learn once you understand the fundamentals. This is a key moment in the evolution of your scoring game because the setup allows your body to support the stroke, hit the putt straight, and on your desired line.

Once the stroke mechanics are in place, you’ll be able to roll a putt without the thought of right or wrong.
